Hotel Bedrooms

If you stay in hotels often, the hotel bedrooms can all start looking similar and boring. Many hotels have the standard one or two beds per room, attached to the wall headboard, desk, and a small size TV. The only difference may be in the bedding or the decor may be slightly different. But basically, most hotel bedrooms look eerily the same. If you are looking for that one of a kind hotel bedroom, take a trip to San Luis Obispo, California. The Madonna Inn is famous for it's one-of-a-kind rooms. You will not find another hotel anything like this one. Many guests stay at this hotel for purely the joy of visiting the hotel itself. You'll understand why if you ever stop by.

The next time you plan on visiting California, consider staying in San Diego. With fun attractions for adults and children of all ages and inexpensive San Diego lodging available it's a no-brainer. One visit and you'll never want to leave.

Located half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles, the Madonna Inn has been known to house not only famous actors but also politicians. The average night will cost between $145 and $215, with a few of the larger hotel bedrooms costing up to $100 more. A favorite room at the Inn is known as the Caveman Room or children like to call it, the Flintstone Room. This room offers rock walls, ceiling and floor. The bedding is a leopard pattern and tables are made from chunks of wood. A dinosaur stained glass window is found in the bathroom along with a waterfall shower. Water runs down the wall into the sink for a natural cave-like setting. There are several rock rooms available with different themes.

The Time of Your Life Room is filled with timepieces while the Chestnut Foal room has horses dangling from the ceiling. Several rooms offer horse themes and many offer rock fireplaces. Honeymoons and Valentine's Day are great occasions rent a room. The Love Nest Room offers a spiral staircase to a cupola where you can look out over the town. At the Madonna Inn you will find hotel bedrooms with Indian arrow lighting fixtures, leather bedspreads or walls, brightly painted ceilings, rooms that offer second floor bedrooms, and vines growing on bedroom walls. It’s a beautiful place to visit and don't forget to stop by the Copper Cafe for a cup of coffee or a full meal.
